PorchQ Mobile App

Use the PorchQ mobile app to stay connected to your community from your phone. Mobile access is available for iOS, and an Android private beta is available for invited testers.

What You Can Do

The mobile app includes the same community context as the web portal, with role-aware access for residents, owners, and managers.

  • Sign in to an existing PorchQ account, reset your password, or join a community with an invitation link or join code. Create new accounts on the web first.
  • Switch between properties when you belong to more than one community
  • Review your dashboard, balance, announcements, recent maintenance, events, ballots, and documents
  • Submit and manage maintenance requests where your role allows it
  • Browse documents, events, ballots, amenities, and resident directory details
  • Use Community features your board has enabled, including profiles, posts, comments, recommendations, messages, and reporting
  • Use the AI Assistant to ask questions and continue supported conversations
  • Manage your profile, password, appearance, notification preferences, biometric sign-in, and sign out
  • Open PorchQ links from email, notifications, and supported porchq:// or https://app.porchq.com links

iOS App

The iOS app is the current production mobile app. Use it for the full supported mobile experience, including mobile-only payment flows such as Autopay setup for resident HOA dues when your community has payments enabled.

Authorized staff can open Account → Usage & Billing to view the PorchQ balance, usage, published rates, history, and auto-reload status. That screen is read-only. The App Store app does not sell wallet funds. When paid services are paused, the organization billing administrator manages billing.

Resident Autopay for HOA dues is a separate flow from the PorchQ balance.

Android Private Beta

The Android app is currently in private beta. Testers should expect a production-backed app labeled PorchQ Beta unless PorchQ support tells them otherwise.

Android beta includes sign-in, signup, join codes, password reset links, property switching, dashboard, maintenance, documents, Community, AI Assistant, account settings, notification preferences, push registration, and deep-link routing.

Current Android beta builds also include payment-method management, Auto Pay controls for resident dues, selected-charge payment handoff, document open/save/share actions, maintenance request photos, owner and manager property editing, and payout setup/status tools where your role and community settings allow them.

Community links and notification taps can open the matching Android screen for posts, recommendations, messages, and maintenance requests. Toggle controls include screen-reader labels, but PorchQ support may still ask Android beta testers to verify signed app links, push delivery, and accessibility behavior on a physical device before a production rollout.

Join With a Code

If your board or property manager gives you a join code:

  1. Create your PorchQ account on the web first (porchq.com), or sign in to your existing account in the mobile app.
  2. Tap I have an invite code.
  3. Enter the code and review the community name and requested role.
  4. The invitation will link to your account.

Some communities require board or manager approval before access becomes active.

Notifications

Push notifications are managed in the mobile app. You can turn notification categories on or off, set quiet hours, and re-register your device if support asks you to refresh mobile notifications.

For email and SMS preferences, use Settings in the web portal.
