Resident Dashboard

The Resident Dashboard is your central hub for everything related to your home and community.

Joining Your Community​

You can join PorchQ from an email invitation link or by entering a community join code in the mobile app before you sign in.

If your board or property manager gave you a join code, tap I have an invite code, enter the code, and PorchQ will show the community name and requested role before you continue. Some communities require board approval after you submit the request; if so, your account will connect to the community once that approval is complete.

Dashboard Overview​

When you log in, you'll see your community name and a summary of important information:

Balance Summary​

  • Outstanding Balance: Your current amount due
  • Past Due: Number of overdue charges
  • Scheduled: Upcoming scheduled payments
  • Autopay: Percentage of community members with autopay enabled (if available)
  • Recent Transactions: Your latest payments and charges with dates and amounts

Maintenance Updates​

Track open and scheduled maintenance across your community:

  • See active maintenance requests and their current status
  • View which vendor is assigned to each request
  • Check when requests were last updated

Announcements​

Community announcements and important updates from your board or property manager will appear at the bottom of your dashboard when posted.

The sidebar provides access to all major sections:

  • Resident Dashboard: Your overview with balance and maintenance summaries
  • Calendar: View community events and important dates
  • Voting: Participate in community ballots, elections, and motions
  • Payments: View your balance, payment history, and make payments
  • Documents: Access community bylaws, financial reports, forms, and newsletters
  • Maintenance: Submit new requests and track existing ones
  • Amenities: Browse and book common areas like pools, clubhouses, and tennis courts

Your dashboard keeps you informed with:

  • Balance at a Glance: Always know what you owe without navigating away
  • Maintenance Status: See the progress of community maintenance requests
  • Announcements: Stay up to date with board communications
