Announcements
Stay informed about everything happening in your community. Announcements are notices published by your board or management team — maintenance windows, rule reminders, events, and other community-wide news.
Reading Announcements
Go to Announcements in your resident portal. The page shows every published announcement, newest first, along with:
- A priority badge (Low, Normal, High, or Urgent) so you can spot time-sensitive notices
- An unread count showing how many announcements you haven't seen yet
- The publish date, and an expiration date if the notice is time-boxed
Unread announcements are highlighted; opening the page marks them as read, which clears the unread badge in your sidebar.
Email Notifications
When your board publishes an announcement, you also receive it by email (depending on your notification preferences), so you won't miss urgent notices even when you're not in the portal.
Asking a Question
Have a question about a specific announcement? Click Ask a question on the announcement. This starts a private message thread with your management team, linked to that announcement — they'll see exactly which notice you're asking about and reply directly to you.
Questions asked this way are private between you and management. Other residents won't see your question or the reply.
