Calendar

Stay connected with your community through the calendar. View upcoming meetings, social gatherings, and important deadlines all in one place.

Viewing Events​

Navigate to the Calendar tab to see your community's events. Events are displayed in a calendar view where you can:

  • Browse by month, week, or day
  • See event details by clicking on any event
  • Filter events by type

Event Types​

Your community may schedule different types of events:

  • Meeting: Board meetings, committee meetings, annual meetings
  • Community Event: Social gatherings, holiday parties, neighborhood events
  • Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance windows, inspections
  • Voting Deadline: Important dates for community ballots and elections
  • Other: General announcements and miscellaneous events

Event Visibility​

Some events may have restricted visibility:

  • Public: Visible to all residents and visitors
  • Members Only: Visible only to registered community members
  • Staff Only: Board and management events (you won't see these)

All-Day Events​

Some events span the entire day (like voting deadlines or community-wide announcements). These appear at the top of the calendar day and don't have specific start/end times.

Event Details​

When you click on an event, you can see:

  • Title and Description: What the event is about
  • Date and Time: When it takes place (displayed in your community's timezone)
  • Location: Where the event will be held (if applicable)
  • Event Type: The category of event
  • Created By: Who created the event

Sync to Your Personal Calendar​

Never miss an event by subscribing to your community calendar in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Events sync automatically across all your HOA properties.

Staying Informed​

Check the Calendar tab regularly to stay informed about community happenings. Important deadlines like voting periods are highlighted to ensure you don't miss them.
