PorchQ is the modern platform for HOA communities. This help center provides guides and documentation for residents, board members, and administrators.

Create a free account and start the same day: board meetings, minutes, and answers from your governing documents. No subscription, no monthly fee, no card to start.

After you sign up​

If you are setting up a community, two optional pop-ups open on the AI Assistant. The same pop-ups appear whenever the association has not connected a bank yet, including when a demo community becomes a free account.

  1. Association bank. Connect the association's bank for resident dues. Optional. This is not a card to use PorchQ. Continue in Stripe, or skip for now.
  2. One governing document. Upload one document (CC&Rs, bylaws, or rules). Also skippable.

Calendar, fee schedules, and the rest stay available after you skip or finish. Wallet top-up and auto-reload are not part of this first-run. Details: Getting Started and Connect the Association Bank Account.
