Recommendations
Recommendations is your neighborhood's trusted-provider list. Share the handyman, electrician, painter, plumber, cleaner, or landscaper you'd vouch for — and see who your neighbors recommend.
These are outside service providers recommended by residents. They're separate from the official vendor list your board manages for community work.
Browsing the directory
Go to Community → Recommendations. Each card shows the provider's name, trade, any contact details or notes the neighbor added, and how many neighbors have endorsed them. Use the trade filter at the top (All trades, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, and so on) to find exactly what you need — this is your community's service directory.
Providers with the most endorsements rise to the top, so the neighborhood's favorites are easy to find.
Adding a recommendation
- Click Recommend a provider

Endorsing
Already had a great experience with a provider a neighbor listed? Click Endorse on their card. Endorsements are social proof — they tell other neighbors this provider is trusted by more than one household. Click again to remove your endorsement. You can endorse each provider once.
Managing your own recommendations
On a recommendation you added, you can edit the details or Remove it.
Reporting
If a listing looks like spam or a scam, use Report so your management team can review it.
Adding a quick note about why you recommend someone — and what they did for you — helps neighbors far more than a name alone.
